DUES

The Hidden Shores association fees cover a wide verity of things, including, but not limited to, the maintenance of the common areas such as the entrance, retention ponds, and our association's roads. The roads within Hidden Shores are privately owned, meaning that the association owns them and is responsible for any and all maintenance, repairs, control, etc. for the roads. A copy of the budget can be view (by owners) under the Owners Portal page.

DUES: 

$375.00 Annually

These dues are billed out at the beginning of the year. The association budgets its funds for the year based on this income, per lot, per year. Your association dues can be paid by the following:

Fees: 

Regular Estoppels: $150.00+

Expedited Estoppels: $200.00+

Refinance Estoppels: $100.00+

Questionnaires: $250.00-300.00+
